This privacy policy applies to the KissAsians app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Wyatt Earp Jr (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider wants to inform you that whenever you use the Application Service, in a case of an error in the app the Service Provider collects data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. The Service Provider does not collect, transfer or store any personal information on our server. Only non-personal information are collected and used by Third Parties Ads.
The Service Provider value your trust in providing them your Personal Non Identifiable Information, thus they are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider can not guarantee its absolute security.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The service provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, The Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. By using this Application, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence of your country, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence of your country and you have given Service Provider your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Application.
